White hat versus black hat techniques

Two Techniques that search engine suggest as site has a good user friendly design and some sites are not gets approved due to same reason as good. These two techniques are partitioned by experts and followed by persons who are in practice as White Hat and Black Hat. Certainly if once the Search Engine makes a view what we are doing then that results says that White Hat technique says that it produce websites that has a long time in existence where as Black Hat techniques makes a statement that their Sites may be sometime banned for a short or also long time.

White hat technique:

If any website follows rules and regulations of SEO it conforms that site has a White  hat technique where as other website has Black hat technique. It not only following the guidelines but making sure that content indexing by search engine and at the same time for that page rank given for that site. White hat generally meant for contents to user but not search engines so that making their content easily access for spider to crawl. White hat technique is similar to web development which promotes ease of access where as both are not identical.

Black hat techniques:

Black hat SEO makes to improve rankings in way that they are disapproved by search engine. It uses text that is hidden in color such as background in an invisible manner.Another method like it gives a different page depending as the keyword queried by user or search engine known as CLOAKING.
